shiny legendary pokemon? eg registeel, entei etc. i know how to get a normal shiny pokemon like bidoof, mr mime etc, through the poke radar. but how a legendary?

You stand before it and save. Keep soft resetting the game if it doesn't show up as shiny. Be aware that this takes a lot of time and patience.

Considering shinies have a 1/800something chance, you'd have to try for longer than just an hour.

just keep trying. really, its a hard and long process but you'll be glad when your finished.
