There's a simple question to that. You don't.

They havn't been released yet.

I think he means that they haven't released the information of getting them.I'm not really sure how your going to get them when the info comes out but I herd it is going to be some code.
 
Well, anyways, you need a secret code to unlock the gold or silver card. There are 2 codes, one for each of them. That should answer your question. (Serebii didn't announce the code yet so don't ask.) We need a PBR Simple Q&A thread. :( I'm sick of seeing these threads.
