3rd Gen How do you get passwords for rocket warehouse on island?

Hi guys i need help- where do you get the second pass for the rocket warehouse on island 5? i have the first pass- Goldeen need log or somethin like that.. but i need the second one. Please help me! if u know do a little walkthrough..

First this is susposed to be in Simple Questions and the next password location is at Island 6 at the dotted hole go there use cut at the enterance then there is a puzzle it's simple then you see the saphire plate then a scientists take's it then say the password the go back to the warehouse you can enter.
