So right now i have Pokemon Black and I have this little problem, I cant seem to keep all my pokemon at around the same level how do you manage?

Also some of the gyms are really hard, im up to the last one now, were they use dragon types. And for the life of me I cant beat them. I guess I have a poor team what do you think; Emboar 47, Seismitoad 38, Unfezant 34, Deerling 31 (trying to level her up), Audino 36, Zebstrika 42.

I suppose what im trying to say is, hows my team are there any pokemon I should get?, were abouts cheers for the help in advance :)

Your team seems like quite a strong bunch so I don't think there's anything wrong with your team.

And about training, what I do is I set a certail level, say 35, then gradually 1 by 1 I get all my team to that Level, weather it's by training from trainers, or battling wild Pokémon (Specifically Audino) on par with the Gym Leaders levels.
A good way to train as mentioned then is to walk back and forth by grass patches (I'd say Route 10/11) and wait for the grass to shake, you'll find a wild Audino Level 30 something and if you beat it you'll get a ton of Exp, the lower level your Pokémon the higher the Exp, so if your deerling defeated one she could get around 5,000 Exp+ and even more when equipting a Lucky Egg, so just try that :)

wen i got up to the last gym all of my pokemon were level 45, i had beaten all trainers i could up until then including route 17 and 18 (off of route 1) if you want a tip use the lucky egg given to by juniper it doubles exp

As Suicune said Audino training works great ... Route 10 is pretty far ahead in game but any point after the dreamyard after your first badge is a good time because at that point tha shaking grass will start to appear ... That and I rotate my line-up tending to not show favoriteism or abuse type matchups unless I really need to

Yeah alright il try to get to level 45 on all, the only problem i have is I have no really good pokemon at the minuet, I mean Emboar is okay but thats about it any advice on were some decent pokemon are cheers

Well, what I do is battle every single trainer I can find. I use this method: order your pokemon from weakest (if they're the same level, the on that needs the most experiance to level up) to strongest, then train them all until they're the same level. I used this and in Black, all of the pokemon I used, except for my starter, I trained from level one. When I got to the eighth gym, my pokemon were all around level 43 or 44. I was using a full team of six too.

In your situation...you'll have to waste A LOT of time grinding, preferably with the methods mentioned above.
