From what I understand, to do any serious competitive WiFi battling, your pokemon have to be level 100. After 40 hours played my highest pokemon is level 60.

I can't imagine leveling all of my pokemon to level 100 at this rate.

Then I notice a lot of people make team changes after a bit of testing and I can see my self easily be dissatisfied with some part of my team after a little testing. No one can get it right on the first time.

So, do I HAVE to cheat or is there a faster way of leveling than my current method of battling trainers as i get to them?

Once you hit the E4 and finish for the first time, you can just challenge them a bunch and get a fair bit of exp for each run through. My Dragonite is lv85 and getting around 1 level per each run, and I'm not using him for every battle and I have an exp share on another Pokemon.

You do realize that when you battle over WIFI your Pokemon can be at level 100 for that battle so long as you pick to do a level 100 battle? That is how most of them do it from what I can see.

When you battle over wi-fi there is an option to make all your pokemon level 100. You could have a team of level 5 pokemon and set them to battle at level 100. If you want to actually train your pokemon to that peak, I'd recommend going after a hell of a lot of Chansey to find a Lucky Egg - which is an item that doubles or so the experience from battles for the pokemon holding it - and ravenously attack the E4.

Thank you! All 3 of you we're very helpful!

Also make sure to exploit the tag trainers like Riley, Cheryl, Mira, etc etc
