How do you make an animation?

Generally, make each frame separately and then use a program like Animation Shop or unFREEZ to put them together.

Where is the animation shop or unFREEZE program. Do you need to buy them or are the programed into your computer

You can use Animagic like me. Simple, grab a sheet, and Copy and Paste each frame into the program. Example: my sig.

eh, if its just pasting frames, thats easy then, XD...
