Buy more RAM? I dunno.
Also I use CleanMyMac ... just deletes stuff like Universal Binaries, Caches, etc. Doesn't make much of a difference.

its a whole CPU and RAM issue, but most Computers need a disk defrag every once in a while, overclocking is definitely a no If your fan doesnt support the temperatures the cpu can reach, ending in a CPU overheating. (Now for some off topicness) Have you tried giving it Nike shoes?

a better cpu and a larger ram ,if you have enough money ,just buy a new and better one.

more ram, or you just dump all your dmgs and other important files onto a hard drive, then just reinstall the os...OR you can throw frag gernades at it untill it decides to run faster...
