Could some one explain how to pass pokerus to pokemon in your party?

How do you pass pokerus.

if your pokemon already has it then the pokemon with you should catch that pokerus. it happened for me.

Battle with it, the other Pokemanz in your party have a chance to catch it :D Also the Pokemon next to the party member with pokerus have a greater chance of getting the disease.
I can't remember 100% but a simple google search would easily find all the information you need :S People need to search more :P
