How do you recruit deoxys

    Ive tried several times with no luck. My leader is Lvl 60 with a friend bow but I still can't manage to recruit after 10 attempts.

    Someone please help
     
    This would have been better in the simple questions thread but oh well.

    Anyway, the only thing I can suggest is to level up higher than 60. Deoxys base recruit percentage is -10% so even with a friend bow and a level 90+ leader you only have a 24% chance of getting him.
