How does lucky egg affect exp share?

I have pokemon xd so I have an easy time getting the lucky egg. I just wanted to know what the exp gained would be if the lead is holding the lucky egg and another pokemon is holding exp share. For example, if you were to get 2000 exp from one pokemon with the lucky egg (1000 without lucky egg) how would it be different if another pokemon had an exp share? would both get 1000?
