How fast can vileplume get?

    Say if vileplume has a personality that raises speed, and I use sunny day and vileplume has his ability to raise speed in the sunshine. How many pokemon can vileplume outspeed?
     
    i think its 281 times 2... it makes 562...
     
    199 without a positive personality, and 218 with one~ Double those to get the speed in the sunshine.
     
    281 is dreaming for Vileplume... lol... for any that can get speed doubled, 200 is the magic number as that'll be the speed that can outrun Jolteon after the doubling in speed.
