How I can create a new HM? (Like surf)

    Well, I've been thinking about how to create a new HM.
    I've been playing Pokémon Light Platinum and I was curious about how Lava Surf and Glide worked. Is there any Routine for this? (FR)
     
    You're looking to make a field move, not an HM, unless you want to make an actual HM item and make the move unable to be deleted or whatever.
