[Other] How i can play a already made pokemon game from inside RMXP?

I am really familiar with RMXP and i know how it works and stuff, i once tried to play a pokemon game which had a .rxproj file inside so i opened it with rmxp and i played it from there.

Since it is possible to do this with the pokemon game i played, My question is: Why can't i do this with example: Pokemon Gray Topaz or Pokemon Solar Light and Lunar Dark?

I am a newbie so i would like an explanation or a solution?
