I don't think writing code on a mobile device would be fun or enjoyable...?
Anyway, uhhh... I'm not sure it's actually possible honestly.
Maybe you could try to set up Cygwin or MSys2 in an instance of Winlator or something like that?
And then follow the installation instructions in the INSTALL.md?
