how in the world do i get celebi

This isn't the place to ask.

I'd move it, but it'd get locked in the Pokemon sections.
Try looking at the guides in the Fire Red and Leaf Green section, or in the Ruby/Sappire/Emerald section (I know there's a guide here that's for Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, try looking for it)
