2nd Gen How long does it take?

I'd say probably about 7-10 hours of Elite Four battling, from what I remember.

a day..or two..or a week if I was bored with that Pokemon.
Well I used to play 3 or 4 hours a day so in hour like 8\10 or 24

It took me about three days to level my friend's Chikorita up to 100, although I'm sure that trading had something to do with it, lol.

And then I stole it from him... :D Our deal was that he'd level my Flaffy to 100, and I'd level his Chikorita to 100. HE DIDN'T KEEP HIS END OF THE DEAL.

It seriously depends on who's playing it and what they're doing, but I'll give a day or three. :)

It all depends what method you're using.

Using the Rare Candy cheat takes about a minute tops, but makes your Pokémon weak (Unless you use the Box Trick to max out its stats as well).

Fighting the Elite Four will take a good couple of days, I would imagine. It's definately one of the slowest methods as the Exp Points handed out aren't all that high. But, on the flip side of things, your money is likely to max out while you're levelling up.

The Mystery Dungeon/Silver Cave hands out more Exp Points than the Elite Four does (On RBY/GSC anyway), training there takes less time than against the Elite Four.

Or if you want to be really hardcore you can EV train against low-level Pokémon haha. I would honestly imagine this could take weeks, possibly more. It takes days to train a Pokémon up to Lv 50 using this method, and that's going full belt. Only use this if you dislike cheating and you're a REALLY committed trainer with nothing else to do. Using the Rare Candy cheat then Box Tricking your Pokémon gives the same effects and takes far less time.

Good luck whichever method you use ^^
