When I joined PokeCommunity, I tried to get used to the website but initially lost interest for a few weeks.

After I decided to use it more often today, I'm not sure if I am still allowed to say "I'm new!" in the "New Members" forum. I'm sort of unsure if i already posted there either.

You can basically post a thread that partially announces that your back. It's nothing against the rules.

If you haven't really posted much yet then you're still new. Go ahead and post a thread, there's no welcome nazis that'll ban you because you made an account two weeks ago XD

I believe the welcome forums allow you to announce a return from a leave of absence.

yup.. go on and say hi in new users thread. no one bites there.. too much.
