How Many Of You Have Driven A Racecar?

The other day the racing series that I did PR work for let me test a TQ Midget racecar around the fastest track on the schedule. We were originally scheduled at a much smaller track, but a promise is a promise, and one of the teams let me take the car for a spin. They tell me I got it up to around 105 mph (The track record is around 120), but good Lord, that was probably the most fun I've ever had in my entire life. Right now my boss is looking at getting me into at least some kind of car next year to race a season, but the TQ Midget has got to be my most favorite car I've ever driven. What about you guys, have you driven a racecar or otherwise really fast car, or just drove around during an open track day? What was your experience like?

I have never driven a race car or fast car, much less on a track. Though I do hope to do so one day. It sounds like a ton of fun!

I've driven a small one at an amusement part of that counts! I've never actually been behind the wheel of a real one though and not too sure if I'd even want to be.
