How To Get Lugia And Ho-oh(And Deoxys While Ur At It) Go To A Nintendo Event Or Sumthing Like Pokemon Rocks America With A Fire Red Or Leaf Green(Or Emerald, If U Can Read Japanese, Of Ur Desprate Like I Am), And Ask For A Aurora Ticket, For Deoxys, And A Mystic Ticket, For Lugia And Ho-oh. And They Will Download It To Your Game.P.S. If U Have Emerald, U Can Have Them Download Mew To Your Game, But I Couldn't Do That, cuz I Didn't Have Emerald When I Got My Aurora/Mystic Tickets*Starts Crying* Sigh Oh well

me i have in my red 151 seen and caught,in crystal 251 seen and caught and last in my sapphire ihave seen 199 of 200 and caught 199.i just don't have the evolution of seadra.i only need a dragon scale and i just can't find it.
