Since this is a modern-era Pokemon game, most likely only a subset of Pokemon will be included in the game. How big do you think the roster will be?

Despite SV including about 730 Pokemon, I think Z-A's dex will only have about 250. Even a massive Lumiose will have vastly less space to hide Pokemon compared to an entire region like Paldea, and the only other Legends game, LA, had only 242 as well. 250 would be just enough to not technically have a smaller dex than the previous game while still maintaining a reasonable density of Pokemon in Lumiose in my opinion.
