How much longer do you think Pokemon will last?

I say it'll last until 10 generations of pokemon or so...but if not, I say about the next MANY years to come...:)...as long as it keeps bringing in money, it'll keep going...so many people say things in pokemon are "so predicatable" but this one isn't too clear for anyone to pinpoint now is it?
 
Look at Bleach in Japan. It's quite unpopular and low ratings wise and still continues. Of course, we all forget that Pokémon constantly gets into the Top 10 constantly in Japan unlike Bleach and Naruto Shippuden, which doesn't air in America anymore.

I'm terribly sorry for going off topic, but Bleach is getting terrible ratings?! How the hell does that work?! I did not know that and it really surprised me!

If that last sentence qualifies as an argument, there must only be about 15 anime shows airing, right? However did anime become so big in Japan?

How many times do we have to bust those statistics, boy? Rocket Girl of BMGf has already shown that those stats are outdated. Wait, why am I arguing against someone deliberately clinging to misinformation like this again when said misinformation has been shot down dead already?

Who here thinks most of those little kids watch Pokemon?

And who here is even paying attention to veiws and not ratings?

Pokemon is gonna last until God says when it will last.

That's because the Legend of Zelda TV show SUCKED. Like. Really bad. Throw up bad.
It also doesn't have that perfect repetition formula. Once you beat Gannon you can't spin it any other way. Once Ash does a competition, you spin it again and again and again and again, just in different regions and different pokemon.

"Barely in the Top 10."
So any show that's NOT in the Top 10 will fail? That makes no sense.

In my opinon, it's like everyone says. It will end when the games do, and I see no end in sight. Unless they start popping out games as fast as Harvest Moon is. Which they don't. @_@ It's actually an agonizing long wait for new games, and means they put alot of thought and time into it.

Pokemon being the 8th most watched anime in Japan every single is week is actually pretty amazing, I think ^^
 
Well there is 13 more days till Platinum so were probably gonna see a lot of pokemon fans buying those in 13 days or so. Hmm...I probably think it will last a long time, because it is just such a big hit, and a lot of people are watching the shows and buying the game. So really I think it will last quite a few years..:)

You're not the only one surprised by that...since when was Bleach unpopular?

But anyway, I used to think Pokemon was gonna end at the end of Hoenn. Then I read this magazine-thing about the new Pokemon coming up in Sinnoh...so I guess Pokemon's gonna end whenever Japan says it will.
 
Bleach is a poor man's manga as it currently stands.

And Pok'emon will last as long as the consumer is there to feed money to it.
 
Pokémon anime is still going pretty well in Japan, so It will be around for a very long time. Maybe not much longer in other countries. But Japan is the home of Pokémon :P

Oh and the games will keep going! I don't think they'll be stopping anytime soon hehe :)

I think as long as the games are being released outside of the country. The anime will be there to.
 
Aslong as there a still people people who like pokemon it could last forever I dont know i still like the show i know a lot of people hate it but anime is still good
