    How much stat experience do pokemon start with?

    I am trying to calculate my pokemon's DV using the Stat formula S = (2B + 2D + S)*L/100 + X
     
    I'm talking about in Red/Blue, i think the system has changed considerable in the newer versions.

    If you just catch a pokemon, does it have 0 stat experience? out of a maximum 65536
     
    Newly caught Pokemon have a 0 stat exp stat in all of its five stats. Each pokemon you beat adds their base stat total to your stat exp x 10, so if you beat a Mew for example you add 1000 stat exp to each stat.

    I forget how much vitamins add in RBY, but I'm sure that's easy enough to find.
