How often do you use cheats and why?

How often do you use cheats and why?I mean not just in pokemon games, in all the games on all consoles,handheld and other.
I used two times on two rp games on gba, and I can't count how many times I used on GTA Vice City and San Andreas.Though I never used any cheats on any other consoles.
Why?On GBA I used to pass one level(in both games,no they were not pokemon games), because it was made to be undefeatable,on GTA I use them for fun most of the time, but ussualy I avoid using them, because they pretty much ruin the game.

I use cheats on my Pokemon Diamond, but only to give me money to buy Proteins, Iron, Carbos etc. I simply don't have time to grind all the money I need for EV training. I also used it to get all the TMs because, again, I don't have the time to grind Battle Tower and there have been instances where I've used a TM that I can't get again by accident (Roost, for example).

I know it's kinda bad, but if I didn't do it I'd never finish any of my teams... x__x It's not like I use cheats to make my Pokemon super strong or anything, 'cause that's kinda pointless.
