[Theory] How often would one beat the Elite Four?

    Thought about bringing back this idea that Dragon posted a couple of years back.

    Pokemon trainers from around the Pokemon world challenge the Elite Four and their Champion to get a spot in the Pokemon League's Hall of Fame. The question is, do you think each region keeps a track record of the trainers? Like how many times that trainer has beaten the League, or if there's a group of trainers aiming for the Hall of Fame?
