How old do you think the Pokemon Cast is?

Thank god somebody has the brains to guess a proper age for May ^_^
But Ash and Gary are the same age, everyone knows that, and Misty is older than ash, she said so in an episode. And I still don't think Ash looks 15, why does he look the same as when he started? XD And he looked about 12 when he started XD Anime characters are so confusing......

Blue: 10-13
Sabrina: 20-25?
Koga: 40-45?

Ash was 13 when he started his journey so he'd be like 15/16 @ Advanced Generation
Brock was 16 when he met Ash so he'd be 18 about now.
Misty is the same age as ash so she would be 15/16 @ advanced generation aswell.
Gary also the same age as ash. 13 and now 15/16
Sam Oak is in his begin 60's (hey he's a grandpa)
May is 14
Max at the end of age 8.
Jessie and James are 18+ cuz there was this episode were they Jessie holded a gun and guns arn't alot to be sold to people under the age of 18 (Quite a theory eh? XD)
I think @ Advanced there about 20/21
Butch and Cassidy: I'd say the same age as Jessie and James.
Ritchie would be 15/16 @ Advanced Generation

And May really doesn't like Pokemon so I have a feeling her parents talked her into it, so she started late I'm sure. Sorry ^^' I can see her being 13, since she looks much older than 10.
