1. Post count is no sign of popularity.
2. Rep isn't the only thing to go by.
3. Deadly Aim, you MUST rate in a post in a rating thread, unless you're a staff member and performing moderation on it, or you actually made the thread, because there's nothing to rate. =P
4. I find it incredibly annoying that you guys are throwing 10/10 around like it's common. For me at least, 10/10 = perfect/exceptional. o_o; Okay, so if someone with 2000 posts came along, and you rated them 10/10 for that, what if someone with 10000 posts came along? And it's in the rules you must use SENSIBLE ratings, no 11/10, plzkthx. ._.

That said, I shall proceed to rate the poster above. Also, I commend Kasanai Tsumi - I like your way of rating. It's actually sensible. I shall adopt it. ;P

Rep - 9/10 [I checked the level ;D] Almost exceptional.
Posts - 8/10 As you post in here often, it's not really a fair thing to judge by, and also it's quite a respectable amount of posts. However, you fall short of 9/10.
Activity - 8.9/10 I see you often - although you do live in my time zone ;P - and you post in a variety of forums.
Real Popularity - 7/10 You are fairly popular.
Overall - 32.9 [*hopes that's right*]/40 - that's 8.225/10, I think. ;P Not bad.
