My team is this (don't tell me how to change it because i won't):

Swampert (using both physical and special attacks)
    Flygon (only physical attacks)
    Charazard (only special attacks)
    Chimecho (only special attacks)
    Gallade (only physical attacks)
    Metagross (only physical attacks)

i'm also using the move trick room so I don't want to put EVs in speed

    Ice Beam
    Earthquake
    Rest

    Flygon@Leftovers
    Brave~252 hp/252 attack
    Earthquake
    dragon Claw
    Roost
    Stone Edge

    Charizard@leftovers
    Quiet~252 hp/252 special attack
    Heat Wave
    Focus Blast
    Dragon Pulse
    Sunny Day

    Chimecho@leftovers
    Quiet~252 hp/252 special attack
    Trick Room
    Wish
    Heal Bell
    Extrasensory

    Gallade@Life Orb
    Brave~252 attack/252 Special Defense
    Trick Room
    Close Combat
    Leaf Blade
    Night Slash

    Metagross@Leftovers
    Brave~252 attack/252 defense
    Meteor Mash
    Explosion
    Earthquake
    Zan Headbutt

You should have 4-6 pokemon with trick room when making a trick room team. This doesn't cut it. I suggest Bronzong/Claydol/Slowking and other pokemon along those lines.

    Swampert @Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 ATK/ 172 HP/ 80 DEF

    Avalanche
    EQ
    Waterfall
    Curse/Rest

This team will have trouble going up against bulky waters such as Milotic.

You definately need a wall and a sponge on your team.

Chimecho shouldn't really be focused on attacking at all. It's main role is support.

If you want Swampert to have Rest give it Sleep Talk at least. Sleeping for two turns will hurt you. Your opponent will not sit there and wait.

Metagross...hmm depends on what you want. Want a sturdy one go with Kazaams. Though I recommend Thunderpunch over Zen Headbutt if you can get it. Helps against your bulky water weakness.

    Then there is Agiligross...

    Metagross@Leftovers
    Adamant
    252 Atk/104 Spd/152HP
    -Meteor Mash
    -Earthquake
    -Agility
    -Explosion

With one Agility Metagross outspeeds its enemies. This ocmes in handy when it is time for an Explosion.

EDIT: Whoops didnt see the Trick Room comment. Ignore the Agiligross part. But it is still useful especially when all your TR users are KOED.

First off, he is looking for a trick room team so use brave, second he said both, so you have to give him both means of attacking.

He said he wants a trick room team punishment, if you would read, which means agility is worthless. Also I made chimecho for only support and I was typing for quite a while so I don't like how you just threw all of my stuff to the curb. Next time read the first post.(and his physical wall is meta, and special wall is gallade)
