4th Gen How should i get my team to level 100?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but why not?
I've been trying to get my team to high levels and so far, im at a lvl 62 average. I've gotten my old sarter Empoleon to level 74 somehow, (Reset game, carried on to new one) and can't find a place to level up. I saw on the fourms about somone with a level 100, my bro got a level 100 linone (Zizgagoon evolve form, can spell xD) and I've gotten a kyogre to level 100...But i can't remember how.
Tips anyone?

I just kept going against the Elite Four over and over and over again.

Yeah, i was evolving some pokemon, so i got my mewtwo and soloed it , and noticed it went from 74 to 79, but i have no real patience for that, and i tried with my team, one level for each pokemon really. Good suggestion though. I was thinking about saying that in my first post xD

Apologies, but this thread is kinda pointless. The only way you can get your Pokemon to Lv. 100 is to slap a Lucky Egg onto it and just keep battling. Lv. 100 Pokemon aren't hard to get, really.
