What i did in emerald expansion is... i expanded the two tables: the cry and the growl. You need to expand these. If you want to add cries, look for chaos rush's thread in pho on inserting cries in sappy. Then the offset you have used to insert the cry, repoint in the expanded table and replace 20 to 00 and growl cries maintain it 30.
