    Just like u always breed pokemon but u need have lots of luck for it.

    Btw a faster way to do it is with a foreign parent (like 1 japanse charmander and 1 regular english charmander)
    Or learn how to RNG Breed

    Btw don`t think that u`ll get a shiny charmander if u hatched about 50-100 eggs. It will be probably alot more
