How to change battle background based on active weather?

    How do I change the current battle background to a different one if a weather effect is active? For example, if there is no active weather, it uses the usual battle background, but when Rain Dance/Drizzle/Primordial Sea is active, it changes to, say, a background with a stormy sky or something like that.
