How to change elite four battle music?

    Is there a way to change this?
     
    It depends on your goal because 'change the music' has different meanings. Is your goal to swap the music with existing music in the game? You can do this using a map editor. Or if your goal is to edit and create music that is not present in the game you should search for the tutorial on this site 'Magnius Guide to Pokemon Music Hacking'. I am not an expert yet but I hope this helps.
