[Map] How to change player spawn point in DPPt?

    I'm attempting to change the spawn location of the player in Platinum(USA version) from Twinleaf Town to Canalave City. I found a guide on this forum for the HGSS games and it worked for me, although I can't find any resources to do the same in Platinum. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could share with me the hex offset I need to look for, or a tool to identify the offset. (Sorry I can't link the tutorial I used for HGSS, this is my first post.)
