[Other] How to change the Lotad in Pokemon Emerald

Before anyone says "Oh use the Advanced IntroED"
I have expanded the number of Pokemon.
For example I have added Zekrom to my rom with accurate sprites and cry
Is there any way to change the Lotad with the Pokemon from expanded dex (as in my case Zekrom)

You can do that via Hex editing for sure but I don't know the specific address to edit...
