how to evolve a feebas diamond (by trade with prism scale)?

    does anyone know how to get the prism scale from black to diamond, or get it on diamond because i heard it was only in black and white.
     
    The Prism Scale never existed in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. It was introduced in Black/White. The only way to evolve Feebas in Gen IV is through the max Beauty method.
