    My Friend Has Him. I Was There When He Got It.
    He Put Like, A Million Pokemon Codes Into His AR(Well, Not A Million. There Were Probably Only 50 Pokemon He Didn't Put Though) And He Walked Around And He Found A ?? After A Few Pokemon. I Wanted It Sooo Bad, But He Wouldn't Trade It To MeT_T
    But, Without An Action Replay? Try Talking To The Old Man Who Wants His Coffee, And Surf Up And Down Cinabar Island.XD Jk, I Don't Know.
     
    In FRLG, the Missingo was taken out. So the only way you'll be able to get a RSE incarnation (since it isn't actually the real Missingo...), is to either bombard your game with cheats and stuff. Well... I wouldn't want a Missingo... but if other people do, then good for them ^_^
     
    the coffee man thing was a glitch or sometihng and they sorted it out. missingno is short for mising number of something thats why when you hack theres loads of missingnos
     
    It actually is possible to get a Pokemon that is called "??". It is supossed to be like a glitch Nintendo put into R/S and FR/LG so that when you encounter a Pokemon, in the game coding it usually happens that it loses record of what Pokemon to show, so it replaces it with a number like 000. So in truth, Misingno is impossible to get, but getting a Pokemon that looks like a question mark(which stands for a Pokemon number 000 that is a glitch that just happens)can happen. Other than that it's an AR glitch.
     
    Exactly! THE Missingo glitch of RBY was taken out of even GSC. This is another glitch, that resembles Missingno, but since you don't get it the same way, and doesn't have the same effects on your game, it isn't. Let's leave it at that
     
    Yep, that's the point. Mirage, your friend might've only gotten the Pokemon that is numbered 000 that I was talking about, and not Missingno. It is very similar to Missingno, but if does not effect your game in anyway, nor does it even have the effects Missingno gives in the R/B versions.
    So the Pokemon he might've gotten might've just been the result of his game repeating the number codes of the Pokemon and reduced it to a glitch that caused the "??" numbered 000.
     
    There is a new missingno so to say.You just enter the codes on a GSSP or anything and end it with a number that you know doesn't work like 0000 and a ? mark shows up or a target with a question mark in the middle.Hard to catch though.
     
    Yes, I do agree with DSS. The Pokemon that just randomly appears in the game is called "??" and it's number is indeed 000. But it is hard to catch. But it does not need codes to actually appear,. It just appears once your game has gone through so many Pokemon numbers, that it repeats them in a way and rewrites them, thus causing the glitch that makes "??" appear.
    And it is in a way like Missingno but it can't harm your game. It's more just like a bragging right than a game altering glitch called Missingno.
     
    they took missingno out of yellow... but it screwed up my pokemon league record on red!
     
    I actualy found this pokemon and it showed up in pokedex!!! I was very suprised that it was like a ditto to because every battle it changes its pokemon form and moves.I was rubbing it in my freinds face at the fact that I had the ultimate pokemon!!
