6th Gen How to get ORAS right now in EUROPE

    So I found this video on youtube explaining how to get ORAS if you live in europe so I thought I would share it here.. Here is the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwMgDuLPPZM For you guys who don't want to watch it I will explain. If you have not linked a nintendo network ID you can change your region to Austrailia and go in the e-shop and download it. If you have linked then you need to format you 3ds and change your region. After you downloaded oras you can relog in your nintendo id and redownload your other games. The downside of this is you will lose your saves. Also some other note your current existing currency will obviously not transfer to the AUS e-shop. I would do this but i pre-ordered oras and I get the pre-order bonus, but I also want a physical copy.

    edit: Also don't forget to change back to your own country before relinking your nintendo id.
     
    Tempting, but download titles take up a ton of space on a memory card, and it works out at £33 or so anyway, which is more than I'm paying for the games separately. Plus I have this general aversion to downloading games unless I don't have any other choice. Although I imagine it WOULD mean avoiding catridge corruption, which has what has happened with my copy of X, completely destroying my faith in Nintendo's reliability...

    ...it's unfair and completely inexcusable, but waiting another week isn't going to kill me. Pass. Nice way to circumvent the wait, though!

    No idea why NOE decided to release this game (and Smash Wii U) next week. Makes no sense to me, especially when the previous games in both series had an international release. (Less so Smash 3DS but yeah)
     
    Eh I think I can wait till next Friday.

    I don't want to lose my saves, besides I want to keep as much space on my SD card for Smash Bros updates.

    I don't think you'd lose that - the Ambassador's Certificate is in the downloads section, so I think all you'd need to do is redownload it. At least, it is for my old 3DS, which I deleted it off ages ago to save space.
