How to hack the ruby and saphire into machine at beginning of game for firered rom

    Hello. I am trying to create a rom hack based on firered. however, when I try to implement gen 2 and gen 3 pokemon. the gen 2 pokemon can be caught, but cannot evolve... the gen 3 pokemon appear as a question mark. I know this has to do with collecting the ruby and saphire and putting them in the machine during the post game adventure. Is there a way to hack my rom so the machine can just be working at the begginning of the game so I can implement all the pokemon in my game?
