[ASM & Hex] how to make an iv/ev viewer in fire red?

    I am currently working on a rom hack known as Pokemon Blazing Desires with 807 pokemon and mega evolution
    I am trying to make an iv/ev viewer but I can't find any tutorials regarding to it.

    So if you know how to make it then please reply and i will be thankful to you.
