how to make it usable???

Hey guys.. :D i think i found something that is like a tutorial for tilesets but it only showed me how to place the tiles..i made a miny version of it and dont understand how to make it useable for rpg maker xp because it shows other colors instead of being transparent.. :\

Wow,well the awnser to your question is easy,get the paint bucket,pick one random color,then paint the square the tile is sitting on,with that random color.
