How do you make text a link

such as how could I make Link a link to the homepage of the Pokecommunity

Also,there is another way of doing it.When you post/PM/VM or whatever,you see a globe icon?Click it.You'll understand what to do next.Its the same as above,it warps the text,but i think its quicker. ;)
