How To Make Uncatchable wild pokemon?

    So I'm Creating a Pokémon rom hack with some new Pokémon and I basically want to have a battle with a legendary Pokémon but I do not want it to be catchable and also not be a trainers Pokémon just like the legendary battles in Pokémon unbound, and also I'm not using Pokémon essentials I just want a
    uncatchable legendary script in xse because that's the scripting tool I use.
