how to play your hacks?

Well to start playing the game you would need to patch the patch into the ROM. You need LIPS (Lunar IPS) which comes with Elite Map. Just make sure you patch it to the right game version and that the ROM is a clean/new version. If you have any problems just PM me and I can help you.
 
Alternatively, you could just put the patch in the same folder the ROM is in and change the patch name to match that of the ROM's. This only works with VBA, though.
 
It is easy and great using visual boy advance to play hack or rom...
