How to redeem decks on TCG online

    Hey everyone I've bought the red Elite Trainer Box and a pack of XY cards, and wanted to redeem them and play online from the Pokemon website but I when I go to shop or something when using the program you got to install to play the game , it won't let me click on anything like Shop etc.

    And aswell, I see no way to play other players....anyone help this newb lol?

    I think you have to turn off "new player options" (which basically control tutorial mode for the game client in order for the shop to work, just based on issues someone else had with this in another thread recently.

    Where to turn that off, I have no clue, though, so I'll just link you to that other thread: https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/326396

    rockinroxy's the one who got the answer of turning off "new player options" from TPCI's tech support.
