How to run a .jar file as a programme/app?

    I have a problem with the Universal Pokemon Randomizer. So I extracted the randomizer.jar from the main archive but it dispalys as an archive not a programme... (Screenie in attachments)

    Please reply ASAP

    Oh and sorry if this is not the right place for asking this....
