Even if that is so, the wondercard has been hacked to make it shiny and have 6IVs. You can find all the Event Mew's database here https://www.serebii.net/events/dex/151.shtml, the latest one dates back to 2010. So, it's still hacked, especially since shiny Mew, of any kind, are banned from being traded here.

Edit: Forgot to tell you that RNG abuse wasn't possible at the time. If it were an event from the 5th Gen then this would have been possible.
