How to trade from PKMN Coleseum to GBA games?

To trade between Colosseum and GBA games you need to the Story mode.

you have to complete the story mode by beating the big boss at Realgam Tower who posed as the mayor of Phenac City.. cant remember his name.
anyway beat him and after the credits continue and go to pokemon centre in Phenac and downstairs you will be able to trade with GBA games if you have the cable from GC to GBA.
