Im from Israel and in my country we use the language "Hebrew" that has different letters than English.
I need a software that i can creat my own letters and a software to translate the text in the game.. can someone help me with that?

Questions belong to the Beginner's Lounge. What you could do is edit the font of the game to the hebrew alphabet and then edit the game's text. There should be tutorials for this in the Tutorials, Tools and Resources section, you should take a look.

Be aware that XSE and Advance Text may bug the eff out if more symbols than those which were originally there are inserted. So you may have to learn how to deal with this. Depends on the languages linguistics. Perhaps Hebrew use less symbols to express more meaning, which would be very beneficial for you. :)

There is alternative for advance text?

What I and many prefer is to open the script in XSE and edit the text there.
For the intro and such you will have to use A-Text or hex edit it.
