3rd Gen How/Where do you get HM Cut!?

    Please help! I realy need to know where to get it.

    Cutter's House in Rustboro. It has a sign by it. SHould be to the left side of the PokeCenter.

    EDIT: Shoe must die. Isn't his name Drew? I just watched the episode where Drew/Shoe appeared and it sounded like Drew to me.

    Shuu is his Japanese name. I made my sig before they came up with an American name for him.
