How will the recent leaks of the Pokemon NDS game source code effect the hacking scene for those games?

    With the recent leaks of the source code for most NDS Pokemon games, will that finally allow for some tools to be developed to make some quality hacks that aren't just difficulty hacks? I'm very excited to see what this community might do with that kind of information, so I'm genuinely curious.
